Abstract:Objective: This study aims to evaluate the application effect of bundled nursing care in the management of pressure injuries in patients with severe stroke. Methods: A total of 87 patients with severe stroke who received treatment at Guannan County People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects. Patients were divided into a control group (42 cases, receiving conventional nursing care) and an observation group (45 cases, receiving bundled nursing care) using a random number table method. The incidence of pressure injuries, comfort level before and after nursing, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of pressure injuries in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Both comfort level and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bundled nursing care has a significant effect in the management of pressure injuries in patients with severe stroke. It can not only effectively reduce the incidence of pressure injuries but also significantly improve patients' comfort level and nursing satisfaction.
